FAQ
Roof Replacement FAQs
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs take a few days depending on size, roof type and weather. Larger or more complex buildings take longer; we give you a realistic schedule before work begins.
Will you protect my property during the job?
Yes. We protect landscaping, windows and access areas, contain debris and do a magnetic sweep and full cleanup when finished.
How much does a roof replacement cost in NYC?
Price depends on size, roof type, deck condition and access. A written inspection is the only honest way to price it. We itemize materials and labor so you can compare the scope, not just a lump sum.
