FAQ

Roof Repair FAQs

Can my roof be repaired, or does it need replacing?

If damage is localized and the rest of the roof is sound, repair is usually the right call. When the roof is near the end of its service life or damage is widespread, we will explain why replacement may save money over repeated repairs.

How do you find the source of a leak?

Water often travels along framing before it shows up inside. We inspect flashing, penetrations, seams and drainage, and trace the leak back to its entry point before repairing.

How much does roof repair cost in NYC?

It depends on the leak path, roof type and access. A small flashing or shingle repair costs much less than a large flat-roof section. We inspect first and give a written price before any work starts.

How fast can you repair a leaking roof in New York City?

If water is coming in, call us. We aim to stop the active leak first, then complete the permanent repair as soon as materials and weather allow.
